[Question] Spawning Special Monsters (5165)

I'm developing a certain quest and I need to know:

What is the code that would allow me to say "spawn a monster" in a certain location using commands?

I released a monster spawn function for CoEmu, you could work on converting it or writing your own but as far as I'm aware of, there is no function built into the source to do it.
