Direct3d Not Compatible

Hello, so I have this problem of direct3dx

When I open my flyff the error says “Could not find any compatible Direct3D devices”
Methods I did:
Download the Direct3D = Not working
Download the Directx 9 = Not working
Run as Administrator = Not working
Turn Off Anti Virus = Not working
Turn off Firewall = Not working

Any ideas? Thank you

From your client folder, delete the dll "dbghelp.dll" if it is very old (from 2004)
