PALADIN XP SKILL NO WORKING

I have the DB fire divine but the XP Skill Paladin does not work: Ecliptic Rage and Phoenix Berzerk. The Skill bar does not fill up and there is no way to buy them in the markets. How do I solve it? I believe it is cq_action to activate these spells already when creating the character!

Your asking 2 questions , do you want the character to be made with the skills already? or do you want the book? . You can look through your cq_itemtype first , find the id of the book , spawn it and learn it. Also are you a different class trying to use a palading skill? that tends to get a little buggy.
