Instant disconnect problem

Hello guys! Today i again made mistake and started to play silkroad...
Servers are full so I decided to buy silks ( instant acces then premium)
After this i can't play because when i log in game and choose char i get instant disconnect in spot where i spawn..

I wrote in support still no answer. Can someone help me? Thanks

Bump im here with the excact same problem. Pretty much tried it all by now, re-installed -> bought prem+ nothing helps -_-' Any fix for this? been searching far and wide for it.

After few hours (20-30 not sure) my acc get promoted to VIP. Then after everything worked well.
Solution: after donation you have to wait at least 1 day then your acc will be promoted

joymax is shit. Do not waste money. Play WoW Classic instead. its just about 4GB to download and works very good on old computers. It even costs less than SRO. Or choose to play on private server. At least the devs improve silkroad, not like joymax
