I mean you could ask them for a trial key. Theres no cheat/hack which will be undetected for a long time, if it's not a private one.

i used EO for 4days (1 free day because of forum review) , and this is the best and cheapest cheat for mw at the moment , still little bit expensive for 20$/month , but features are better than any other cheat here (even the cheats for 100$+ have less features)
ban rate: idk , not banned ~7 days later
