You can get in on weekends from varying GG. Best way to know which gate has Surgeon available is to keep checking German darkorbit forum calendar for which version of gate special rewards is on, and then look to faq thread where you can see which version has which gates are giving what. Goliath-Uberrashchungspaket is what you want.
