How to change language (Help)

Hello all !
I am about to sell my acc in holand 1 server because I paid for it ,but I didn,t know that I can,t change the language to my own one ( Bulgarian) or English which is also perfect.:D:D
I am really lost and I saw one time that some bots are change automatically in English. Please help me if you know something because I am really lost !

When I log in to the Holand server it is making change and its again Dutch language

On the Dutch server you can't change your language cuz it is not a global europe server.
