Any idea how to open 2 gameserver in same machine

Yea, patch the semaphore error in olly, get a second ip on your machine and forcebind the ip to the gameservers.

1-Edit Your cerfication
2- use forcebindip or vmware
3- copy the moudles number 2 like [GS-AG-Machine] to your new cloud
