How to put r8 on shell and npc Fast-Up

I have a box with the shells but, I can not drop r8 on this, maximum r7

How do I get them to be r8 ? I have search on Magicial.cs but no found it

And second question :

I cannot install the configuration for NPCs Fast-up
Anyone have a solution ?
