Blackscreen after Championselect

Hello guys,
i got a damn frustrating problem, im trying to fix it for nearly 8hrs.
Even the support cant help me so my hope is that someone here can.

I get a blackscreen after the championselect, the Loadingscreen is totally black and nothing happens.

Things i tried:
Reinstalling evrything.
Deactivating my antivirus
Opened all ports.
Watched tons of videos and nothing worked.

its just black, nothing exciting and my cursor turns into a "loading icon".

I tried to start a Tut-Game waiting 5min and nothing happened, went out to buy stuff and nearly 1hr later i came back and saw that i was ingame but couldnt do anything. I tried to rightclick and walk but it didnt work, the champion made only noises.

I aprreciate that u try to help me.

Ps: i can play other games like csgo and battlerite on max graphics at 1080p. I think my hardware shouldnt be the problem
