I am the first and only owner of the account. You will get full access to the UPLAY account, the email associated with it and you will be able to change the passwords and email after the purchase. I've purchased the Division 2 + Warlords of New York expansion, which includes the Season One Pass. The character is level 40 with lots of gear+set items, which is enough to do Hard / Challenging Missions / Control Points and prepare further for the Heroic / Legendary content.
