You cannot use this item now message. How can i fix.

i cant use only HP and Mana items. stracher, amrita, panacea, vanilla ginseng, chantpill and other hp and mana items.

in source dont have this message "You cannot use "vanilla and other items " now.

Is your life full? Because those items have the Drug flag which will only allow you if they are needed.

I get the same error when my dear is full when empty. I can not use hp in any way.
an absurd mistake. I think it's related to item id. if i can solve i will share it here.
