create an account on an russian ip OR write a mail to bp with proof that you live there. else you cant.Quote:

most cases this can be a copy of both sides of their ID cards. We also accept visa or registration certificates,
as long as they are up to date. We do not accept old documents (e.g. from 2010), no visitor visa and no

change his GeoIP!
If the user lives in a country but is not a citizen we need a copy of their visa or permit of residence.
Due to the different economic conditions and income levels, prices vary between countries. In case they ask
for a change to HU, VE or TR we need more official documents. Because the prices in these countries are
lower so many users try to fool us and claim they live in one of these countries to get the cheaper prices,
although they actually live somewhere else.
VE: We need a copy of the registration card handed out by the Servicio Administrativo de
Identificación, Migración y Extranjería, a copy of the passport or the driver’s license as well as an
official confirmation of their home address.
HU: We need a copy of both sides of the Lakcímet igazoló hatósági igazolvány (registration card)
TR: We need a copy of the ikamet belgesi (official registration card) handed out by the “Muhtarlik”
Please ask for all mentioned documents to make sure a user is eligible for a geo IP reset before you forward a
case to your ICM, who will then forward it to the payment support team, which will perform the geo IP
change.
Generally, a user can request one geo IP change per year. If a user only wants a change for a short holiday or
for example spends the summer in one country and the winter in another one and wants a change every 6
months, we cannot offer a geoIP change.
