Previous Ship Name Tool

Just wondering if there is some sort of tool to spy a user ID and see all there previous names? I used to use one that has stopped working :/

This was possible with some players in the Spyglass Discord from ARKY.
Though this Discord has recently been deleted and I don't think there is anything similar :(
