Remove the orange book roll

Hi Guys!
The server is operating after 5 hours of green. Will immediately switch to the black book scroll and not through any orange scroll.
What is the solution?

you can disable green book from sr_patcher you will find it in server files

try this:
HourForMeterRateLevelFirst 5
HourForMeterRateLevelSecond 5

it's will limit the orange book to 1 min. after 1min it will become black
