I wanted to ask you, how I can get this Ship Upgrade Module:

I don´t really understand that. Where can I see, when its available?

In GG special rewards, on mondays, tuesdays and wednesdays, but is random. I'm saving 2k+ energies untill that reward appears.

When was this reward available last time? And how often it comes up approxemately?

And is this Module stackable or can I only use one at the same time?

you can only use one module of dmg, or hp at any one time but can mix and match between these there is also a hp module worth getting for pussat with the 10% dmg which would equal cyborg nearly.
