A lot of people in turkey server (they said more then 2000 accounts) banned because of ''external tool use''. I am one of them but most of us didint use anything. I wasn't playing the game at that time, but they ban my account. They dont answer tickets and they ban in forum or dc who says its unfair. What should i do about this? I already applied to government agencies this situation but I have not seen that the state can intervene in similar cases, I do not think they will solve my problem. I tried texting gameforge's headquarters but I couldn't get answer. Need your advices guys, what can i do about it. Since most game servers have rules/ToS that state "We can terminate your accounts for any reason we see fitting" you can't do anything.Quote:

If they think you deserve to be banned, thats their choice.
Theres some unbann services here on EPvPers but i honestly doubt that they'd achieve anything, but wether you trust such services or not is up to you.
