Old School Game Name

Can someone help me finding a game that i used to play like 10 years ago

The game was a game of war , and i played a demo version

The game starts in a florest , u and ur army.
Then they all go to a truck, and the driver goes to a place where the fight begins . we kill all enemys and then we go down the road to some houses.
More enemys and a tank comes , we kill then and we flag up a heli that comes to pick us .
Can someone help me finding the game.
i played this game around 2004-2010
