Some guy was able to only match with 0-0 opponents in WL, any idea how he did it?

lot of ideas about matchmaking wl, problem with this is safe or not

Yeah some are not safe but I am 100% sure there are ways to make it safe but no idea how. I see many players in top 100 using it and not getting banned. I for one used a cheat that manipulated wl matchmaking and I got banned. So no idea how you can make it safe but as said I am sure some know. But ili doubt anyone will share it.
