Yes and removed grass, bushes and ambient sound.

Does it remove the grass that makes noise aka if i walk through a bush I cannot see will it make noise?

u will make noise yes, no way to remove sound on other players side, you will still hear it yourself aswell so you will know when you walk trough bushes.
