Very strange steam problem

I sent myself gloves from one account to another
After a moment of sending, I changed my username and here's what happened

It was created as if my other accounts and gloves were lost.
I sent a ticket but they don't write back what I can do ....

highly depends, from days to just some hours. it's always different and depends on how many people just made a ticket

Do only I think that technical support people are just idiots?
One transaction was suspended yesterday 7:30 PM
and about 10PM is the answer from the bottom bracket
