Does anyone know why

While trying to recover my password, Elite sends me a confirmation email.

Despite I´m using a VPN, this confirmation email shows my real IP address. Does anyone know why is it happening?

P.D.: I´ve checked on several "check my IP address" like websites and all of them are showing up the VPN changed address...which is what is expected!

Check if your DNS is being leaked, lot of sites test for that, also make sure your browser has the correct settings to avoid any opsec failure
