Need a good private for beginner

I'm new to this game and need a good private server for a beginner with low exp rate and clean gameplay like the retail game.

Also i fought in that last FW we were like 3 Parties vs 50/50 guild
it's not really ow for a new brand, they're new in scene has like 1000 other servers really old servers
I am sad that an awesome system like that has that bad population too, i already asked them many times to make more ads,
