Survey: Displaying the amount of an elite*gold transaction

Dear Community,

to make trading in our Black Market more secure and to also give you a better overview, we have considered to display the value of your elite*gold transaction publicly.

At the current time, the value of the transaction is only visible for you and your trade partner. If we implement this change, the value of the transaction will be public and can be seen by other users. The value will be displayed in the rating overview, once the trade has been rated. We want to take this step to make trading more secure for you and also to make it easier to identify TBM abuse.

As this change would influence all users, we would kindly ask you for your feedback upfront. We have three possible ways, which you can select in the survey:
  • The value of all elite*gold transactions will be displayed in their full amount and is visible for all users.
  • The value of all elite*gold transactions will be display to a certain threshold and is visible for all users.
  • The change will not be implemented and it stays as it is right now. Only you and your trade partner will be able to see the value of the elite*gold transaction.

Feel free to leave your feedback in the comments as well, we are looking forward to your replies!

Why not display it fully, I like the idea.

Another idea why not make all TBM trades transaction delayed by a couple days and only if both agree or something the payment is released. Otherwise if there is dispute on either side an admin or moderator needs to have a look. Obviously only works if all chats are done on epvp.

We've decided to implement a 'low amount' badge which is shown for eg transaction ratings below 100 eg.
