Question About EFT Cheats

I been looking around for awhile for cheats on EPVPERs and it seams like more then half of the cheats use the same damn ESP or have the same top menu and there is people claiming they all legit. So my real question is who was the first to come out with this? Does like every cheat use the same source for their esp or are people just scamming?
