How do you sort the item mall problem in shaiya

Hi guys can anyone help me to sort the item mall problem it gives me the message (item not find in that spot )

Search function is a very helpful tool. :)

it's simple
look at the database at the same time
in dbo.Items
you miss a 0 or 2
item 100001 Etain Potion
if you but 10001 it will not work
