Creating Unique Loop

Wondering if i can create unique loop like forgotten world monster/uniques
( Unique appear after killing certain monsters )
i'm sure it can be done, i'm just looking for any hints or any clue where to i've start or which tables i need to focus on

Well yes, i was look at all Trigger tables but i absolutely understand nothing :)
