The ones that I know removed speed hack from them so I don't know any current ones anymore. You might have to dig in the black market for them.

I searched on blackmarket and i didn't found cuz I see 3 people playing speedhack on ranked

There's still a lot of private hacks out there and people that code their own stuff to use too. Could just be some of those people. There are also just cheap cheats out there that don't care about their detection rates that usually have easily bannable features, such as speed hack.

They're a bit harder to find now though but they're there somewhere.
