I made my own licence server because i could find any good providers.
My service offers:
• automated confirm mails (-> account validation)
• hwid
• custom actions on successful login (messages, download, execution) e.g update service
• custom actions for banned accounts (messages, download, execution)
• custom response on successful login for e.g. data like recoil tables
• custom fields e.g. your own captcha checks, package id's ...

If a few people are interested I would create a public api.
