Fail SR_Gamesever

Hello friends!
My server is having a problem when I try to add items to the NPC shop,
I started the server and then SR_GameSever popped up and disappeared, I did it over and over and searched a lot of forums but didn't see errors like mine.
Hope to receive help from everyone

How you add the Items ?
With using NPC programm or manuel ?

Check Refpackage ID and Refshopgoods slots
