time for atleast 1 usefull answer....

you can copy/paste ~80% of the video postet above , but dont use the old programs , use vs 2017 (2019 doesnt works , i mean it works but ... u know what u mean lol)

and sql server you can use the latest version ... but i am sure you will stuck while parsing because gayforge changed something on the new parser (dont ask me what ... have nothing to do with nos atm)


so short answer:
-use vs 2017
-use latest sql server version(or one of the latest)
-dont forget to install asp.net related stuff
-use old client+parser
- done
