I'm trying to learn stuff regarding the databases and pk2 editing. I'm trying to enable EU characters and opening Roc mountain/Constantinople/Samarkand
But in my database they're enabled (they're set to 1) but I have no idea if this is sufficient enough or do I have to extract the data.pk2 and edit stuff in there?
If someone could write a small detailed guide it would be really appreciated. I couldn't find anything on here.
