Will the staff be playing on the server or will they simply be managing the server. (I do not see an issue with the staff playing on the server however there should be transparency when it comes to topic).

I will not be playing. Staff will have their individual accounts and oper tools will be entirely transparent.

The item mall coins for the player accounts of staff will be made public.

The GM tool logs will be available, so they can't add items to their account, by making item mall coins public we guarantee nobody adds coins illegally to their accounts.

The GM accounts trades will be logged as well, to make sure GMs don't trade operational tool generated items via in game trade.

Staff might get coins / week, that amount will be made public and it will be checkable by you.

Basically if a gm takes a shit, you would know.

Nope, judging by statistics and past experiences people enjoy PvE more than PvP.

Instead of forcing people to play on PvP maps, we'll host PvP events with better rewards.

Glad you guys will be transparent. If anything I respected from 9DPK was the fact that the staff did not receive any favors (was usually the opposite -_-) but sounds good. Will defn check the server out. Only suggestion I have is making BP more viable, it is the classic PvP map. Tbh many servers have tried the concept of making Karma titles viable but at the end of the day it is just cosmetic. I would suggest allowing players to choose their karma title via a tool on the website (example would be setting your own BK at 100,000 or GK at 50,000 ect...)
