changing Black Rogue xp rates

someone can help me to change black rogue filles exp rates?
i wanna 1x (ISRO Rates)

i change everything in server.cfg but the rates dont change still get to much exp

i hope its possible to have rates of 1x like isro with this filles

Set rario to 100 not 1...

I tryed with 100 and is the same thing . I tested with siloxx . Think is some exp offsets multiplier somewhere
