Securecheat desync

Hi guys i bought desync cheat but im unable to run it. Support doesnt respond . In the website status is working , in the exe file status is development idk what it means. I select pubg cheat run the pubg and nothing happends even i press F2 in lobby. Any solutions?

desync is all 2 days detected tho- that's normal.
