Millions Project

Hi there,
i was a little playing with Art Money and i dont know how
it could happen, but i got an idea!
I call it the Million Project about 300 secs you know why ;)

I hope you guys understand what i mean:

I want to trade with a person like a socketed coro,
i put in 200kk and press confirm.
went to art money and typed 200000000 he found it
but he cant change it because CO makes 200kk in 200,000,000
SO if somebody could make a patch that deletes the , it would be
nice!
Because i can chance 200kk to 1 if the target presses ok :D
and i hope it wont be server side.

And btw if it works[img]text2schild.php?smilienummer=1&text=KARMMAAA to me and the patch maker pls' border='0' alt='KARMMAAA to me and the patch maker pls' />

Need some sleep now bye bye

as far as my knowledge goes...

once you "confirm" the money, you submit the amount to the server...at this moment you cant change it...the server compare the amount you submitted with the amount you have according to the file stored serverside...if this doesnt match the trade fails...

art money is only client side. If the trader presses agree it fails.

I think what he means is that you type in 200kk then after you confirm BUT not agree and they agree, find a way to change 200kk that they see ( fake) to 1 silver that you have. Wud b good if there is a way to do that. Dno maybe find the packet that enters the money? :?

ahhhh, well accually that might be possible but if anyone does find anything don't release it to anyone and if you do, only to level 2.

Not to be very mean... But there were a whole lot people who did more than you, it can indeed be true you thought of it, but there were people before you who thought the same, and failed :)

This require's advanced packet editing, you need a packet that overwrites data you already submitted

Proces of trading(only discribing the money):

Clientside:

you put in the value you want to submit
you click confirm
the amount you confirmed will be written into two memory adresses
the memoryadress which contains your money, will be decreased with the value of one of those (didnt find out which one).

serverside:

at the moment you click confirm, the client sends a packet to the server telling it "person X confirmed Y Silvers at time Z".
The server says "ok, packet information recieved! Lock this shit!"
The server freezes the amount you submitted
once both persons click on agree, the server compares whether you have that amount of money according to their server files
If not...the server "cancels" the trade...

most of the serverside part is speculated or the order might be incorrect, but it should give you a vision.

You can't even put 200kk in a trading screen, so what are we talking about :? (99,999,999 is max)

Its the idea behind it...not the example...

But I doubt realiziation would be damn far away
