Multi Privateservers on one client?

Is there a way to have two different private servers on one client...
Conquer 3.0 and Eternal-Conquer(friends)

they both run off the same client but i need to change the server.dat every time i want to play the other one... is there a way to play both of them on the same client?

Put booth servers in the server.dat?

only able to work if they both use normal item edits, and both same patch
