CSRO-R +8 Sparkles bug FIX

Since there is no hope with twsro
I give a chance to csro-r

Last released csro-r files by sybtk
as the owner of the files said there is more bugs not fixed like

1- Skill absorption function is broken
2- Items penalty is broken.
3- Jupiter spawns are broken.
4- Zealot Beginner have crash.
5- Job temple AP score is broken.
6- Pet2 level not updated for 125 cap.
7- All effects for avatars and fellow pets are missing.
8- Selling items to npc is broken "crash with some type of items".
9- Item upgrade is broken.
10- +8 Sparkles are broken.
11- Magic pop not working.

yeah i test the files and got this bugs

so i just fix the number ten

keep going Bro but in my opinion you have to make sure that files are stable then go on fixes someone told me that this files got some error's in files but i didn't test
