All you needed from that is to know to extract files from the data.wdf file. Look for a WDF extractor, there're a few here.

i already extract files from the data.wdf file
maybe i need the linked files between monster c3 with monster texture

It's been a few years for me, but isn't that in one of the 3D*.ini files? Should tell you the texture id to look up, if I remember correctly. Either way, it doesn't take long to look through those ini files to find the one you want. Do you already know the mesh id?

Mesh id in mobs contains 4 numbers only , and yes i know it
