How far back did you have to search to find this and necro it? It is definitely doable. Hook the .exe or manually change the addresses. There are open-sourced loaders you could look through that already have it achieved.Quote:

You might as well upgrade a few versions in your client, which comes with full screen already added to the client.

this has some documentation of hooking/modifying client height/width & moving buttons accordingly
