Better take a template for some bucks on Envato and copy/paste the components you want

HTML is a markup language, not a programming language, it's like if you said that Markdown is a programming language... :confused::confused::confused:

You have that much things on your "website" to ask for a dedicated person to write the HTML needed by your pages
