after 10 minutes i figured it out. he meant the BID bot (auction bot) Tampermonkey script by MagierDesGrauens. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
but its outdated. not sure if it still works.

Its still working I'm using it till today its the best auction bot :)
