how do i get inside into map ???

and i steel can inside or they block it ??

You can get there through the jump cpu. Go to the x2 map, use the jump cpu it will send u to your home base map and repeat untill it teleports u to the ??? map. It is not easy to get there I have tried 200 jumps once with a bot and didn't get there and some got there within 40 tries, so it is a random chance to get there.
