Does anyone know mirror program between phone and pc not emulator

like TC game but I need easy program

AirDroid. You can move files around and mirror the screen from your smartphone to your pc and control it there. But it's not free!

Other solution:
TeamViewer. Just for controlling your pc from smartphone. It's free!

I personally would recommend AirDroid.
