I wanna learn I have a see old time some zoomout hacks

How can I get zoomout normaly Conqueronline because my resolotions are 1366 its bad trip about me someone can help me about that

If it is for 3.0, you can look for an undetectable Cheat Engine [easy to find] and search for 512 and 256, or if it for a private conquer, simply activate the [PM] commands [if it exists in your version conquer] with ollydbg and use the /scale.
Has many guides here, just search.

Yes, in the most advanced versions, but if it tries on an older version, it will succeed.
