Is packet c_blist risky?

Hi, I would like to quickly load nosbazar pages.
It's possible using multiple lines of the 'c_blist' packet.

My question isn't if it is risky, because obviously it is.
I wanted to know if you are aware of any automatism that automatically bans. As for mini games.

There is a 3 seconds delay anyway, you can't bypass it
