I tried to put the effect on these wings and I could not anyone know or have a tutorial on how to add in the property folder thanks in advance

Open the scene and data file. Locate the right cate for items. In scene you're gonna add all the effects u want on the wing and then in the data file you're gonna add all the res lines.

I already did that and the property didn't work, what files do I have to edit?

to get effect for any wings you need add action files in list.csv at data\share and data\share\action look there how this files looks

but I don't have to go to effectdata.02 and effectscene.02 etc

Property folder holds the effect. Script folder assigns the information from property to the item. Action folder holds the placement.
