Help Connecting Game VPS

Hello everyone, my problem is the following recently, I am configuring a shaiya server, the problem is that I have it in a vps but I can not make the other players connect to the server, everything works without problems, edit the psgame .ini with the new ip address. Also add the ip address to the XAMMP, but for some reason it does not connect, it says that it is supposedly under maintenance.

Any idea why that happens or that they know what else it takes to configure to make the link walk to the game?

did you edit game.exe with your VPS IP already?

If what happens is that I already had my vps set up, someone else did it for me because I still didn't have the knowledge, now format the vps and for some reason it is not connected correctly.
Basically, my game.exe has exactly the same IP that I was working with earlier days. I am not supposed to change the IP of the game.Exe because the IP that I want is already set, the problem is that when opening the I get the updater game but it doesn't give me the option to open.

Ill Give you a guide :
1. Setup SQL Server on your VPS (also restored your database and config SQL Installation.sql before execute )

2. Config your VPS ip in ShaiyaServer/PSM_Client/Bin/Config/
- ps_game.ini (GamePublicIP=yourvpsip)
2.2. for the password ShaiyaServer/PSM_Server/ps_passwordEnc.exe
- generate your password and copy/paste on Config all .ini in step2
2.3 Config your VPS ip too in ShaiyaServer/PSM_Server/Config/PSMServer_Config.ini
2.4 Run and Start PSMServer_ServiceMgr.exe in PSM_Server also PSM_ServiceMgr.exe in PSM_Client

3. Open Firewall Port even Game (30810) & Login (30800) only for the server and 80 for WebServer (Website)

4. Start/Run "PSMServer_Mgr.exe" on PSM_Server and start all server
-Login01 > /vchkoff
-Game01 > /nprotectoff

5. Edit Your Game.exe using HxD Editor change 127.0.0.1 IP to your VPS IP.

6. Edit Your Updater.exe using ShaiyaUpdaterEditor.exe change the domain/ip to your VPS IP also place "Shaiya" Folder for the patch on your webserver

7. Run your game.exe or updater.exe and test if connected..
