There is no really good stable 5017 server with everything your asking for. Most people have moved on to 5165 now, I personally have not.
However, there is a source you could use,

The source has some working stuff, but it lacks stability and horses heaven blessing, and fully coded ninjas..
Luckytime works, but the Broken wing didn't code it in properly.
It also has nobility.
Don't Download the client off of that post, it contained a virus tripper, and if you use programs like AVG your computer will be but raped.
Or you can start from scratch, and use the most stable 5017 LOTF source.
