Its possible to get P skills while taking it from NPC?

Like in Subject, does its possible to get skills P just after taking it from NPC, or it just stupid idea and it isn't possible? How u think?

It is possible, if you know how to do that.

i think that i know how to do it but i am not sure yet i am trying.
i have done it when the player first login to give him p skills but when he goes to teacher to choose his class p skills return back to normal btw this is the script:

pc.set_skill_level(1 ,59)

you can replace the "1" with the skills ID.
